Kammerakademie Potsdam: From fleeting moment to moving musical experiences

The orchestra of the Brandenburg state capital is celebrating its 20th birthday with a freshly baked corporate identity. A constantly shifting blue swarm, representing the positive flowing dynamism created by the orchestra, becomes a centrepiece of the new design. Our challenge: interpret the new identity toolkit, and bring it to life in the digital realm.

With new strategic alignment, the company of Uli Mayer‑Johanssen developed an expressive corporate identity toolkit for the orchestra. At its core, the blue swarm key visual represents the ever changing interplay of artistic inspiration and musical performance.

Working towards a tight deadline as the orchestra prepares for its 20th season, we worked to translate and further evolve the new corporate design toolkit into an inspiring, playful digital experience.

Alongside a more refined design language, the team developed a modular page-builder, and brought the swarm element to life as a responsive, interactive motion element that lives in the digital space.
